Snapshot Moments

Early in my marketing career I developed a concept called the family album. It is the practice of exchanging audio photos, or snap-shot chats with our clients. This is the heart-to-heart element of the sales call or business meeting. It’s giving and receiving snapshots. It is family talk and fish stories.
